Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, locates on 949 Commonwealth Ave in Boston University, serves American style fast food to hundreds of customers everyday. It opens from 11 am. to 10 pm. throughout the week. The employees at Cane’s have to arrive at least two hours early to prepare food . David Brown, a 24-year-old employee at the Cane’s, has been trained to make fried chicken fingers in a fast pace to meet the incoming demands. A glimpse of him working in the back-kitchen of the Cane’s reveals the process of turning raw chicken meat to hot fried chicken fingers to the counter . In around ten minutes, Brown has to finish the whole cooking process to meet the customers’ orders.
