It opens from 11 am. to 10 pm. throughout the week. The employees at Cane’s have to arrive at least two hours early to prepare food . David Brown, a 24-year-old employee at the Cane’s, has been trained to make fried chicken fingers in a fast pace to meet the incoming demands. A glimpse of him working in the back-kitchen of the Cane’s reveals the process of turning raw chicken meat to hot fried chicken fingers to the counter . In around ten minutes, Brown has to finish the whole cooking process to meet the customers’ orders.
